StudyChamber collects personal information strictly for academic enrollment, identity card issuance, and examination scoring. This includes:
- Student full name, photograph, institutional roll number, and academic grade/class.
- Guardian contact number and emergency phone for attendance SMS notifications.
- Computer Based Test (CBT) question responses, timestamps, and score logs.
- Payment transaction IDs generated through authorized bKash and SSLCommerz gateways.
2. How We Use Student Data
Your academic records are utilized to generate individual performance analytics, identify weak topic areas, publish merit lists, and communicate attendance status to guardians. We do not sell or lease student data to any commercial third parties.
3. Online Examination Integrity & Security
During CBT online exams, student activity, session time, and submission metrics are securely logged to maintain fair merit ranking and prevent computerized test manipulation.
